Over 500 years ago, the humasns left Earth, to be replaced by a new race. Dragons that could turn into human-like creatures. They redubbed the planet 'Draconia' and ever since lived under the title 'Draconians.' By now, most of Draconia has only discovered two continents and divided them into several countries. Some worked together with their mother continent, others strategized against each other.
One day, the taming of horses, dogs and other such animals revolutionized the way they lived. Currently the world is at a 'Western with a futuristic hint' era. There are flying machines and weapons aside from guns, bows and arrows. Ranches and other types of farms dot the entire discovered world. A majority of them being in the Farme country of Kyrid. This country supplies almost all of Kyrid's goods. Everything from food and clothing to wood.
Because of cultural disagreements and the Blaadiens' greed for dominance and land, the peace between the two has been tried, tested, and stretched to the breaking point. Almost all of the inhabitants of Blaade want a war, the few that do not want a war have fled to Kyrid, hoping to find acceptance among their Kyridian bretheren. Though, despite the generally peaceful nature of the Kyridians, outsiders, especially those from Blaade, are not so easily accepted to their society.
Where are the humans and why did they leave?
Climate forces (global warming, continental shifts, etc.) caused a type of cataclysmic event that forced the humans from their home world in search of another, more sustainable planet.
How did these creatures on Draconia come to exist? Is there magic allowed?
A type of 'rift,' or rip in the atmosphere caused an unusual occurence - Mythical creatures from another, alternate world, began to appear. There is no 'real' magic, only 'tricks' similar to what you would see on TV in reality.
If the world is western with a futuristic hint, why are there only two discovered continents?
Dragons (Or Draconians) in this RPG are unable to fly, the wings you see on them are more for show, like looking more threatening to an enemy, or more attractive to a potential mate. (Kind of like how people say about men 'Bigger is better' in a blunt way to put it 
) Because of this, and a somewhat limited knowledge of different technologies (The weapons, teleporter and such already entioned on the site are about as much knowledge as they currently have) So, at the current point in time, no other continents have been discovered as of yet.
